With a very holistic background in training, I will help you build the foundations you need to do the things you love. Whether you want to get stronger, faster or fitter, we will devise a program that works towards achieving your goals. A thorough assessment will be conducted on our first session together where we will look at potential weaknesses or imbalances that will hold you back from experiencing your greatest potential.
Once we have a clear understanding of strengths, weaknesses and imbalances, we will work towards correcting, retraining and maximising each session so that you see the results you wish to see.
Think bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, TRX and TRX Rip training, explosive movements, balance training and breathing techniques to build a better tank!
