How long have you owned OSC?
I purchased TOSC at Glenelg just on four years ago, it was our anniversary only yesterday! I then purchased Wilsons/Earths Kitchen in May and converted it over to The Organik Store & Café
Tell us a bit about your background and your journey to opening/buying the Organik store café –
My background is most certainly not what most people expect!
I started in the media at a very young age and worked my way through from being a Sales Rep to Sales Director and Client Marketing Director, from here I went to work for SGIC as Marketing Manager and then 5 years as State Manager, after that I went into business with an amazing woman Cathy with Gray Management Group – a PR, Marketing and Event Management company dealing with both National and International clients, we have over 5 years of fun, lots of travel, amazing clients and jobs which we worked on…but then TOSC came on the market, I had shopped there when my now 18 year old daughter was born and so had an emotional attachment, I was looking for a change and all of a sudden I was running a café and organic store!
Why should people dine in at OSC? –
For fresh, Organic healthy food options, it’s a place where we understand lifestyle choices and food allergies. Organic Juices, Organic Smoothies…basically we like to let the food, which is grown the way nature intended speak for itself, our chefs are amazing.

Our eggs are incredible…specials are always popular, smashed pumpkin, our pizzas in our city location…I could go on!
What does The Organik Store and Café do differently to other cafes?
Everything we use is certified organic. We have a large offering of GF and we also have vegan options. We make our own Almond Mylk fresh every day. We are organic and very proud of it.
